A Look Back at 2013

2013 has been a banner year for Fizziology. In fact, we’re a bit sad the year is over! But we’re not fretting. Through the long hours and the discarded cases of Red Bull, our accomplishments in 2013 have already set up 2014 to be an even better year. We’re thrilled for next year, and ready to push forward in 2014.

To give you a sense of what 2013 was like for the Fizz team, here’s a quick rundown of how the year stacked up:

  • Grew our client list 400% from 2012
  • Obtained partnerships with A-List celebrities and visionaries
  • Created agency relationships and partnerships
  • Started providing visual analytics for Instagram and Tumblr
  • We welcomed Kait, Joe, Logan, and Vanessa to Team Fizz
  • Our offices have doubled in size, and have a new space in LA
  • Worked on some of the best movies of the year like Fast & Furious 6, The Wolverine, Don Jon, Inside Llewyn Davis, Despicable Me 2, and Best Man Holiday
  • Gave our Movie Tracker a fresh new look, with new data points (and more new data points to come in 2014)
  • Jumped into the retail shopping category and produced extensive reporting around Back to School and Black Friday
  • Worked on some of the best new TV shows of the year – The Blacklist and The Goldbergs
  • Enhanced our relationships with Twitter, Facebook and Tumblr (stay tuned in 2014!)
  • Began working on a TOP SECRET video game property for an established franchise
  • Helped cast talent in a major tech brand’s advertising campaign
  • Ben flew over 145k miles!
  • With the help of our developers, created a one-of-a-kind, state of the art social data infrastructure that has received praise from some of the best data providers and social media companies in the game

Next year sure has a lot to live up to. However, with the plans that are already slated for Q1 2014 (we wish we could disclose), next year should be just as exciting for our clients and our team here at Fizziology.

From everyone here at Fizz HQ, we wish you all a safe and relaxing holiday season, and the best of luck in 2014.
